About MyProjectDesk
MyProjectDesk (MPD) is an online Project Management & Collaboration tool by Konstant Info Solutions. As of today, MPD if proprietary and is used by Konstant with its clients only to keep track of the projects being developed by Konstant for its clients. The clients are provided with access to MPD so as to keep track of the tasks assigned to developers and post any query or bug. Find the comprehensive list of the features of MPD here.
MyProjectDesk runs on the servers of Konstant Info Solutions and the clients have to facility to directly interact with the members of the team which is working upon their projects.
Main Dashboard #1:
MyProjectDesk Dashboard is your first page in the MPD Project Management Solution. The Dashboard provides you a date wise summary of all the sent & received messages alongwith the to do tasks & milestones, etc. The titles are linkable and direct you to view the message in detail. The Dashboard also tells you about your recently online team members with links to your projects and to do list for today.
Project Overview page #2:
Project overview & activity is your key to any type of message, instruction, milestone, writeboard or URL shared between you and the developer or designer at a single place. All of the messages, etc. are shown date wise in a reverse chronological order with links to add any message, to do task, milestone, write board and project URL. The messages marked important by you are shown in the left column with online help, involved companies and RSS feeds.
Messages #3:
The messages panel provide a very nice way to communicate with the team. Using this panel they can provide updates, feedback and discuss over issues.
File Sharing #4:
With file sharing you have a repository of all the files sent and received from your development team in regards to your project. You can organize files in folders and can access them from anywhere. The files appear in a reverse chronological order and can be ordered by filenames as well. The files which are sent by attaching them in a message are also displayed here with an option to search files. You can add any number of files & folders and download or edit them as well.
To Do Lists #5:
To Do lists are the small fractions of tasks which are done to accomplish a bigger task. You can assign a task to any of the team members and have a look at any of your team member's completed & incomplete tasks. The issues, bugs, etc. sent by you are either marked Open Issues or Closed Issues so that you know what has been done and what is remaining. You can always add or search any task at any point of time.
Milestone #6:
This is again a big feature of MPD. You can set milestones with list of todos, instructions and lets work toghether with your team. The team always been updated with the milestones they have to achieve in there logged in panel.
Write Board #7:
At the Write Board you are able to document your ideas for future use or to document the function or methodology which has to be incorporated by the developer into your project at a later stage. You are provided with the ease to create versions of the documents and revise or view them at any point of time. The write boards enable you to communicate your ideas and expectations about your project directory to the designer or developer.

A very nice enhancement added to MPD. Now you can search for messages, todos, milestones etc. within there section via keywords. This will make life easier for projects whom development time is longer.

Cool feature added to the dashboard. Now filter all activities with their category and reach to the activity you want to check.
Messages - Expended/List View

Now message section has 2 ways of viewing the message list. One is expended that shows the brief of the message with attachment etc. and another list view that is kind of quick view of multiple messages.
